Birthday Party Reservation Request

 

For your convenience we are now offering

online birthday party reservation requests.   This is a request and will not become a confirmed party until notified by the Special Events Office.  You will be contacted within 24 hours on weekdays and 48 hours on weekends to finalize your party.

 

DO NOT SEND OUT INVITATIONS UNTIL YOUR PARTY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED BY SPECIAL EVENTS OFFICE .

 

RESERVATION REQUEST GUIDLINES

  • Parties can be held 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM excluding holidays

  • Party packages are based on a maximum of 5 people per lane.

  • The 4:00 PM time slot is only available for a one hour package

  • Some time slots may accept the online reservation but may not actually be available due to staffing or party options selected.

  • If requested time slot is not actually available, the Special Events Coordinator will let you know when she calls to confirm the party.  You will be offered alternate choices.  If alternate choices are not feasible for your party, we will GLADLY refund your deposit.

  • A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. 

  • Changes can be made up to 48 hours in advance of the event. 

  • All deposits are non-refundable within 48 hours of the event. 

  • Prices do not include tax or 10% hostess gratuity.

  • Only outside food allowed is a birthday cake or cupcakes.
