Reservations



IT'S HERE!  University Bowl is now offering web reservations for your convenience.  You now have the opportunity to reserve a lane or lanes online.  We will start by offering hourly reservations (not applicable to birthday party packages, regular or themed) but expect to expand our offers as time goes on.   Web reservations is new and will be offered on a limited basis until we are confident that it is providing the best service possible for our valued customer. 

Web reservation guidelines are as follows:

  • Reservations are based on 1 - 5 people per lane.
  • Reservations can be made 3 days - 3 months in advance.  All other reservations can be made by calling the Special Events office at 699-6235.
  • Web reservation is currently not applicable for reserving either one of our birthday party packages.  All birthday party reservations can be made by the Special Events office at 699-6235 or visiting the center.  Submit birthday party inquiry  here  I'm interested in a birthday party
  • All reservations must be secured with a 50% deposit.                               ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE WITHIN 7 DAYS OF EVENT.   DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED IF BOWLING HAS NOT STARTED WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF RESERVATION. 
  • Reservation can be canceled up to7 days prior to the event by the Special Events office at 699-6235. 
  • Web reservations will be confirmed by a phone call from our Special Events Coordinator.
  • Shoes are not included in price of Bowling Only reservation and will be charged at time of arrival, if needed.
  • Deposits can be paid with Visa, Mastercard or Discover only.  We currently do not accept American Express online but it can be used for final payment.
  • Coupons and other discounts do not apply to web reservations.
